Dear Business Owners and Community Friends:

We are asking for your help again this year in supporting the Sickles High School Baseball program.  Thanks to the support of the community last year, Sickles High School 2024 spring season had another successful season with a record of 22-8. The Gryphons came up just short in the regional final and we are proud of their resilience and hard work. We need your help to continue the legacy that is GRYPHONS BASEBALL!   

Sickles High School Baseball is conducting its annual golf tournament fundraiser and silent auction on November 2nd, 2024 at the Eagles Golf Club in Odessa, FL.  In addition to golfers and golf sponsorships, we also have baseball field banners available for purchase which will be displayed on the baseball fence from December 1- May 31st. 

Participation in the past by businesses like yours allowed us to purchase new uniforms, new tarps for the mound and bullpen, air conditioner for the locker room, arm barn facility, batters eye logos, and hack attack hitting machine.  Our future goals include the purchase of a technology system for analytical information, net back stop, catchers equipment, added bleachers and field supplies .

There are several opportunities available to help us raise money for our current season and for future projects.Please consider registering a foursome in our golf tournament or purchasing a golf sponsorship and/or banner sponsorship.  This is a great way to advertise your business and show your support. 

 

GOLF SPONSORSHIPS:

*  Grand Slam  $1250 - (4) golfer registration, (1) hole sponsor signs, company name and/or logo on welcome banner at registration, 4’x 6’ banner displayed at SHS baseball field throughout Fall & Spring season, & special acknowledgement on Facebook & Twitter from SHS Baseball.                    

*  Home Run $1000 - (2) golfer registration, (1) hole sponsor sign, 4’x 6’ banner displayed at SHS baseball field throughout Fall & Spring season, & special acknowledgement on Facebook & Twitter from SHS Baseball.

*  Drink Cart $500- Company name or logo on sign on drink cart 

*  Longest Drive $225- Company name or logo on sign at tee 

*  Closest to the Pin $200- Company name or logo on sign at tee

*  Putting Contest $200- Company name or logo on sign at 9th hole      

*  Hole Sponsor (Business or family) $150- Small tee sign with company or family name

 

GOLFER REGISTRATION:

*  SINGLE GOLFER REGISTRATION $135

*  FOURSOME GOLFER REGISTRATION $500

*   4’ x 15’ Baseball Field Banner $650   

*   5’ x 8’ Baseball Field Banner  $500

Golfer check in is from 7:00-7:30 am at the Eagles Golf Club (16101 Nine Eagles Drive, Odessa, FL  33556).  All call to your golf cart is at 7:45 and a Shotgun start is at 8:00 am sharp.

A buffet lunch is served in the clubhouse upon completion of your round.
